    No expression literature found. The BAC data is reproducible, but does not match BGEM in situ data. The in situ data shows restricted expression of Ypel4 mRNA in cerebellar EGL and RMS at P7. In BAC mice, the EGFP transgene is expressed in many brain areas besides cerebellum. In cerebellum, Ypel4 mRNA is highly expressed in proliferating cells in the EGL, whereas the BAC expresses mainly in postmitotic cells.
