| Comment on this Gene: The BAC data is reproducible and is consistent with both the literature and BGEM in situ data. However, at E15-5 in developing cerebral cortex, our BAC shows expression mainly in the intermediate zone rather than the VZ as indicated by the literature and BGEM data. This is probably due to the stability of EGFP reporter protein. |
